Product Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Product Operations Analyst supports the execution and continuous improvement of the product issue operating model by managing intake, triage processes, tracking, analysis, and operational coordination of post-launch product issues. This role helps ensure operational discipline, data accuracy, visibility into product performance, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do

The Analyst will execute issue intake & operational coordination, maintain visibility, reporting & operational insights, support incident coordination & continuous improvement, and support product management & innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, product support, supply chain operations, or related environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with operational data, dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical platforms (Excel, SQL, BI tools, etc.)
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in cross-functional environments
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute operational recommendations
