Role Overview
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding Moxa’s presence in the power and industrial networking space. You will build and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators, driving revenue growth through strategic channel and business development.

5+ years of sales experience in industrial networking or a related field, 5+ years of channel management experience, including partner recruitment, development, and training, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in industrial networking or a related field
- 5+ years of channel management experience, including partner recruitment, development, and training
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong sales presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with all levels of channel partners’ organization (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Executives)
- Proven ability to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Comfortable with 50% travel across the assigned territory
