Role Overview
The Senior People Operations role involves owning the end-to-end employee lifecycle process, managing HR systems and data, leading policy design and compliance, and overseeing payroll, benefits, and insurance administration.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include employee lifecycle management, HR systems and data management, policy design and compliance, payroll and benefits administration, employee records and documentation, process improvement and reporting, and team leadership.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People/HR Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, payroll coordination, and benefits/insurance administration
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR operational compliance
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and dashboards
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
