Role Overview
The Digital Sales Manager is the dealership’s local accountable owner for all digital-origin sales opportunities. They lead the store’s Certified Internet Sales Team, control lead assignment, and protect response and follow-up standards.
What You Will Do
The Digital Sales Manager will lead assignment of digital-origin opportunities, build complete deals in Tekion, and provide transparent payment options. They will also maintain clean CRM notes, next steps, and velocity.
