Media Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Media Operations Specialist will perform various media operations tasks in support of KXAS/KXTX in Fort Worth, including media ingest, records, live streaming, quality control, and media asset management.

What You Will Do

Perform quality control of all incoming and outgoing video/audio feeds, ingest material into the newsroom production system, troubleshoot and route video feeds in real time, and provide training and support to newsroom staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in post-production workflows, including media acquisition, management, and playback.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of basic computer networking, Microsoft Remote Desktop, and general IT systems.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• Age 18 or older.
