Role Overview

Lead the in-market rollout and day-to-day operation of Nclusion’s gaming products in frontier markets, balancing pace and impact to ensure customer trust and satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end rollout of gaming products, work with Product on product scoping, track competitive positioning, and establish KPIs to analyze data and drive product evolution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in gaming, lottery, sports betting, or gambling product operations
  • Working knowledge of gaming/gambling regulation (licensing, age verification, responsible gambling)
  • Track record launching or scaling a gaming or lottery product in a high-growth or startup environment
  • History of personally unblocking a stalled launch
  • Demonstrated experience balancing growth against player-protection obligations
  • Cross-functional experience with Product, Engineering, Compliance/Legal, Marketing, and local GM teams
  • Multilingual fluency (French, Spanish, or regional dialects)
