Role Overview

The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for providing Marketing with a clear, trustworthy view of performance by connecting marketing activities, spend, and sales outcomes into actionable insights.

What You Will Do

Core responsibilities include selecting and owning the marketing attribution and reporting platform, building and maintaining dashboards, and translating data into concrete recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of marketing analytics experience, including hands-on experience with attribution or reporting platforms and Salesforce data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master preferred
  • 8+ years of marketing analytics, reporting, or MarTech experience
  • Hands-on experience with attribution or reporting platforms and Salesforce data
  • Demonstrated experience selecting, implementing, and owning an attribution or marketing analytics platform
  • Track record of identifying and fixing data quality issues
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Comfortable querying data directly (SQL or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of CDP (Customer Data Platform) concepts
  • Familiarity with marketing mix modeling concepts and data requirements
