The Demand Generation/ABM Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking, market research, CRM administration, and performance analytics.
Requirements
- Develop and implement integrated campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, etc.) to drive top-of-funnel leads.
- Identify and segment high-value accounts in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Administer HubSpot for marketing automation, including setting up workflows, lead scoring, nurturing sequences, and integrations with other tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards within HubSpot (and/or BI tools) to track key performance metrics (lead volume, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition costs, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify new opportunities, trends, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs of leads, alignment on target account lists, and continuous feedback loops.
- Manage allocated marketing budgets for campaigns; optimize spend across channels.
- Continually refine workflows, lead management processes, and campaign execution steps to streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards within HubSpot (and/or BI tools) to track key performance metrics (lead volume, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition costs, etc.).
