People Operations Manager

Role Overview

NetBox Labs is hiring a People Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations behind a globally distributed team. The role owns employee lifecycle operations, international employment and compliance, benefits administration, and systems and data management.

What You Will Do

The People Operations Manager will own employee lifecycle operations, process every employee change, manage employment documentation, contracts, and letters, and serve as first-line support for employee questions on pay, benefits, leave, time off, and policy.

Requirements

• 4+ years in people operations, ideally in a high-growth software company under 500 people
• Direct, hands-on experience running people operations for a multi-country workforce
• Benefits administration experience, including running a PEO or HRIS platform as the system of record
• Fluency with spreadsheets and HR data
• Working fluency with AI tools in day-to-day operational work
• Excellent judgment with confidential information
• Clear, direct written communication
