Role Overview

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, process optimization, technology enablement, performance analytics, stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, lead management and attribution, data stewardship, team enablement, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of the MarTech stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, and analytics platforms
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and drive performance improvements across marketing and sales functions
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, capable of influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness
