Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Deal Desk Specialist who will strengthen our Global Sales Operations team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll work closely with Sales functions worldwide — including Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel, and MSP teams — as well as Finance, Legal, and Security. You’ll bring business insight and coaching to the table, helping to increase the velocity of our sales engine.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end management of the Deal Desk, ensuring speed and consistency across the deal lifecycle. Manage the deal queue, organize deal reviews, and drive timely decision-making to keep Deal Desk output on track.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- SaaS B2B software industry experience required
- Proven experience supporting Deal Desk operations and complex deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset
- Passion for business support, with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Process- and systems-oriented, with strong attention to detail and controls
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the importance of data management and integrity
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Office
