Role Overview
The Deal Desk Analyst partners closely with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure all deals are structured, approved, and executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies. This role plays a critical part in enabling scalable growth by improving deal quality, streamlining processes, and supporting the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, guiding contract structuring and negotiation strategy, including pricing and compliant deal structuring alternatives. Manage the processing and closing of daily sales transactions using Salesforce CPQ and billing systems.

Requirements
- 2+ years of operations experience with technology companies in functions such as Deal Desk, Revops or SalesOps
- Knowledge of Revenue principles and or contracts management
- Comfortable working with systems such as Salesforce CPQ, Chargebee and billing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commercially aware with an understanding of deal structuring principles
