Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative maintains and develops relationships with customers to generate profitable business. They assess customer needs, identify areas of opportunity, and provide value. The role involves customer service, product knowledge, order processing, pricing, business promotion, and other duties.
What You Will Do
The Inside Sales Representative will determine processing requirements, coordinate orders, and accurately enter data for completion of orders. They will also establish pricing guidelines, develop sales leads, and outcall customers and potential customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, be able to organize and prioritize daily work activities, and maintain professionalism in all situations. They will also have intermediate knowledge and 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and/or push 50 lbs. on a semi-frequent basis
- Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Use hand and fingers to type and conduct computer tasks for up to 8 hours per day
