We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager / Specialist to help build, execute, and optimize our demand generation engine across the full funnel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment and wants to have a direct impact on pipeline performance.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot preferred; Marketo or similar acceptable)
- Experience building and executing campaigns—not just coordinating them
- Familiarity with full-funnel marketing and lead lifecycle concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
