Role Overview
The Senior Analyst Pricing, Deal Desk and Business Insights is responsible for providing analytics, insights, and guidance for Tenders (RFPs) and collaborating with marketing to understand revenue pipeline timelines and develop meaningful pricing insights. The role requires a high aptitude to work across different functions and lead tender (RFP) strategies and pricing insights. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for identifying pricing opportunities and collaborating with Finance to drive insights in mix opportunities.

The Senior Analyst will own the deal desk, provide analytics and insights for Tenders (RFPs), and collaborate with marketing to understand revenue pipeline timelines and develop meaningful pricing insights. They will also identify pricing opportunities and collaborate with Finance to drive insights in mix opportunities.

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Sales or a related field or combination of relevant education and experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in go-to-market or compensation strategy development and/or pricing expertise
- High aptitude to work across different functions in order to lead tender (RFP) strategies and pricing insights
- Highly solutions-oriented and high degree of curiosity/critical thinking skills to interpret data and resolve issues
- Proficiency in Excel, CXM
- Strong communication and organization skills as well as collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Benefits
- Base pay range: $87,000.00 – $157,000.00 CAD Annually
