Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Business Development who is passionate about building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business. In this role, you’ll own a territory or industry segment, identify and engage senior HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, and guide opportunities from first conversation through close.
What You Will Do
Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level HR and Talent Acquisition leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations. Develop creative, multi-channel prospecting strategies using LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals, networking, industry events, and AI-powered personalization.

Requirements
- BS/BA degree
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- 4+ years of selling RPO, HRO, or talent acquisition services
- Proven track record of generating new pipeline and closing net-new enterprise business
- Strong consultative selling, executive communication, and presentation skills
