Role Overview

The Director, Revenue Enablement will lead the Revenue Enablement team to enable the Sales, Marketing, National Accounts, Product, and Customer Success teams with the right content, training, and mentorship to effectively engage buyers and customers. The role will serve as the authority on Customer Facing Processes, Enablement Methodologies, Tools, and Storytelling from the lens of customers.

What You Will Do

The Director, Revenue Enablement will lead, guide, evaluate, and monitor deliverables of the Revenue Enablement team, collaborate with senior leadership to identify and execute engagement, recognition, promotion, and retention strategies, execute the vision, roadmap, and priorities for sales communications and enablement, and develop and implement a comprehensive enablement program strategy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of sales enablement or revenue enablement experience, with at least 5 years developing and executing sales training programs, and 5 years in an enablement management role leading a team of direct reports. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate skills and abilities such as leading diverse teams, creating compelling training content, and applying current knowledge of trends and best practices for adult learning and training approaches.

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of sales enablement or revenue enablement experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Sales, Business, or related discipline
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and create an engaging and positive culture
  • Self-sufficient and able to create compelling training content
  • Ability to apply current knowledge of trends and best practices for adult learning and training approaches
  • Positive training style and skilled at engaging and motivating trainees
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate the company’s vision and defining objectives into impactful goals and expectations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor messaging to a specific audience or call to action
  • Sound business judgement and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to generate creative and resourceful solutions to solve complex/global business challenges
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work and ability to support department leaders and their teams through change management and adjusting to shifts in priorities
