Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Operations for Latin America to own how new currencies and corridors actually get to market across the region. Every currency we launch unlocks new corridors for our institutional clients and drives trading volume and revenue directly.
What You Will Do
You will own corridor launch, end to end. You track liquidity partner onboarding, settlement rail readiness, regulatory clearance, operational setup and pricing. You run readiness reviews, maintain the launch checklist, and make the go/no-go call.

Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, product operations or programme management
- Cross-border payments or financial infrastructure context
- Multi-market experience
- Comfort operating between product, legal and compliance
- Operational rigour
- Based in Brazil, in São Paulo or remote, and fluent in Portuguese and English
