Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will take ownership of the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party development teams.

Delivering continuous Salesforce enhancements, overseeing day-to-day Salesforce administration, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience working within the CRM domain
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience
• Proven expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Strong command of Apex development, including triggers, classes, and test methods
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce
• Solid working knowledge of SOQL and SOSL
• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, along with integrating third-party systems via oAuth and REST APIs
• A thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and custom development standards
• Demonstrated ability to maintain data consistency between Salesforce and integrated partner systems
