Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales organization in Germany, responsible for the further development of the entire organization, including the German reseller business, and drive sustainable growth and a modern sales culture forward.

What You Will Do

Your key areas of activity are: Sales responsibility and control of the German business, development and implementation of sales strategy, further development of organization and processes, leadership and development of sales teams, promotion of trust and self-responsibility, expansion of key account management, market, competition, and customer analysis, and development of modern market processing strategies.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in leading sales functions within the tool and machine building industry
  • Proven success in leadership and development of high-performance sales units
  • Proven success in building, developing, and strategically managing key customers
  • Funded knowledge of the tool and machine building market
  • Knowledge in the CAM field, ideally with reference to hyperMILL
  • Comprehensive consideration of corporate and market requirements across departmental boundaries
  • Ability to derive sustainable strategic decisions
  • Open, modern, and idea-rich personality with high willingness to develop existing structures and processes
  • Pragmatic approach to complex challenges, as well as consistent implementation of strategic and operational measures
  • Sovereign communication on all corporate levels, developed persuasion, and negotiable German and English knowledge
