Talent Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Talent Enablement Manager is a key architect of growth, designing and delivering learning experiences that build capability across the organization. From leadership development programs to e-learning modules and in-person workshops, this role owns the full lifecycle of enablement — partnering with subject matter experts to surface what matters most and translating it into learning that sticks.

What You Will Do

Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning solutions, own end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs, build engaging e-learning modules and blended learning experiences, facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, consult with HRBPs and business partners on team-specific enablement needs, and measure learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Enablement, Learning Experience Design or a related people development function
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering both in-person and e-learning training programs
• Strong proficiency in slide-based content design; ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling learning materials
• Experience building e-learning content using authoring tools
• Proven ability to consult with and influence stakeholders to define learning needs and drive program adoption
• Experience using AI-native tools to accelerate workflows, build content and improve efficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
