Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support customer acquisition and engagement for our platform. In this role, you will conduct outbound sales outreach, qualify potential customers, and guide prospects through the registration process.
What You Will Do
Conduct outbound sales calls, qualify leads, generate new business opportunities, follow up with prospects, and provide customer onboarding support.

Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales, particularly in the used car market
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of combined sales experience and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Five9, and Zoom
