Role Overview

We’re on a mission to democratize AI across our analytics team, and we need a trailblazing leader to helm this effort. As the Data Analytics and BI lead, you’ll develop and execute a strategy to enable our analytics team members with AI capabilities, empowering them to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client value.

What You Will Do

Develop AI enablement strategy, design and deliver AI training programs, develop AI-powered tools and platforms, foster a culture of AI adoption, and stay ahead of AI trends and advancements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

10+ years of experience in AI engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role, strong background in AI, machine learning, and software engineering, and experience with cloud-based AI platforms.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in AI engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, and software engineering
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Google Cloud AI Platform, Amazon SageMaker, or Microsoft Azure Machine Learning
• Leadership skills, excellent communication, mentoring, and project management skills
• Understanding of business operations, market trends, and the media industry
