Manager, Consulting Analytics & CRO

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Manager, Consulting Analytics & CRO to lead projects for our high-profile clients. The role involves ensuring data is properly collected, transformed, and made actionable across the company.

What You Will Do

Develop and convey CRO and Digital Analytics strategies, draft detailed requirements/implementation documents, and communicate technical activities to developers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies
• Ability to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents
• Clear and proper communication of technical activities to developers
• Daily use of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis
• Understanding and ability to explain basic concepts of inferential and Bayesian statistics
• Hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
• Fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written
