Role Overview
The Senior Analyst will support sales and services related programs, operations, initiatives, and analytics in the United States. The role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to deliver data-driven insights and inform short and long-term strategy.
What You Will Do
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for sophisticated analytics, preparing and presenting analyses, and cultivating strategic relationships with sales leaders.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics, operations, or strategy role
- Experience with Snowflake or any other relational database
- Strong SQL coding skills + experience with design and development of ETL processes
- Advanced Excel skills required, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Knowledge in Salesforce, Preset/Superset, Snowflake
- Operational experience in measuring and improving efficiency, utilization, scale initiatives etc.
