Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Salesforce Developer for a complex, multi-department Salesforce environment with significant third-party integrations and heavy Flow-based automation.
What You Will Do
Design, build, and maintain Flow automation, manage object model changes, partner with integration teams, and maintain a clean, documented data model.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience spanning both functional/business-analysis work and hands-on development
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Platform Developer I certification
- Expert-level Flow Builder proficiency
- Strong Apex fundamentals
- Proven Lightning Web Components experience
- Demonstrated experience with integrations
- Experience supporting multiple business units/departments on a shared, complex org
- Solid grasp of the Salesforce security model at enterprise scale
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills
