Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Salesforce Developer for a complex, multi-department Salesforce environment with significant third-party integrations and heavy Flow-based automation.

What You Will Do

The role involves operating across the full lifecycle of a Salesforce solution, including eliciting and documenting business requirements, designing the functional solution, configuring it declaratively, and building it in code (Apex/LWC) and wiring up the integration.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have independent, production-grade judgment on both the functional and technical sides, and will be able to work as a BA or a developer or both.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience spanning both functional/business-analysis work and hands-on development
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Platform Developer I certification
  • Expert-level Flow Builder proficiency
  • Strong Apex fundamentals
  • Proven Lightning Web Components experience
  • Demonstrated experience with integrations
  • Experience supporting multiple business units/departments on a shared, complex org
  • Solid grasp of the Salesforce security model at enterprise scale
  • Experience with Git version control and CI/CD deployment pipelines
  • Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills
