Role Overview

The Regional Marketing Director will support and educate the facility’s marketing and public relations programs, maintaining and increasing census and providing community information. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, maintaining policies and procedures, and ensuring public information is accurate.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing programs, maintaining policies and procedures, ensuring public information is accurate, and providing training to facility staff. The role also involves conducting monthly departmental meetings, participating in community service and civic groups, and maintaining an adequate liaison with families, residents, and community leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
  • 10 years’ experience in marketing/public relations in a health care setting
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing preferred or MBA
