Senior Director, Demand Generation

Role Overview

The Senior Director of Demand Generation will own the global demand generation function for Pacvue’s enterprise business, reporting into the SVP of Marketing. This role will lead the demand generation organization through a team of managers and ICs, and will set the global demand methodology, standards, and measurement.

What You Will Do

The Senior Director will lead the demand generation organization, set the global demand methodology, and own the pipeline, program budget, and distinct growth channels. They will also partner with regional marketing leaders, own paid strategy, and own the lifecycle strategy across email, nurture, and in-product touchpoints.

Requirements

• 12+ years of marketing experience with deep specialization in B2B demand generation or growth
• Senior leadership responsibility for a global or multi-region functional area
• Proven experience leading demand generation teams through a layer of managers
• Deep, hands-on performance marketing background
• Strong lifecycle and nurture expertise
• Experience building co-marketing, channel, affiliate, or referral programs
• Strong analytical skills with real fluency in funnel math and attribution
