Role Overview
The Operations Leader is responsible for developing and managing the performance of a team of Leaders, ensuring the excellence of the management of the front line through guidance, mentoring, performance monitoring, and acting as the first point of escalation for the tactical challenges of the operation.
What You Will Do
Managing deliveries, indicators, and operational results of the team under management; ensuring that the operation is stable and that all customers are being served within, or above, the expected quality.

Requirements
- Completed graduation
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in the Customer Relationship area, in financial operations
