Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Store Sales Manager in driving sales, executing operation functions, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is non-exempt and paid at an hourly rate.
What You Will Do
Assist in achieving sales goals, perform Manager on Duty shifts, monitor store labor, and provide exceptional customer service. Train and coach team members to offer expected customer service and drive sales performance.
