Role Overview
This is a full-time, in-person role that requires driving relationships and growing a territory in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves building partnerships with equipment dealers and rental stores, finding new business, and closing deals.
What You Will Do
The Business Development Manager will own their territory, build real relationships, find new business, close deals, and take care of customers. They will also be responsible for sharing customer feedback and market insight with the sales, marketing, and product teams.

The ideal candidate will have rubber track knowledge, heavy construction equipment and parts knowledge, 3-5 years of business development or outside sales experience, a track record of meeting or beating sales targets, and strong communication skills.
