Sales Manager (B2B, Team Leadership, Pipeline & Revenue Growth)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for driving team performance and revenue outcomes, building and optimizing sales processes, and owning pipeline, forecasting, and conversion improvements.

What You Will Do

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives, drive accountability across the team, and run performance reviews and weekly check-ins. You will also conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, improve sales skills, messaging, and objection handling, and develop top performers into future leaders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in sales management or business development leadership

  • Strong understanding of full sales cycle
  • Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
