Role Overview
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team. This role is not a “monitor the team” role. You will drive team performance and revenue outcomes, build and optimize sales processes, and own pipeline, forecasting, and conversion improvements.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives, drive accountability across the team, conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, and improve sales skills, messaging, and objection handling.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales management or business development leadership
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and improving team performance

- Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
