Business Analytics Lead – Marketing & Customer Analytics

Business Analytics Lead to optimize centralized marketing decisioning engine and drive customer and business outcomes. Responsible for providing senior analytical leadership to improve model quality, performance, and stability while partnering with data science teams and key business stakeholders. Key skills include analytical thinking, business intelligence, concept development, and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, customer, or decision analytics
  • Demonstrated career growth, strong results orientation, and increasing ownership of complex analytical problems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, effective cross-functional collaboration, and ability to translate model-driven decisions into clear business and customer impact
  • Experience in coding languages Python & SQL, strong understanding of modeling and model development
  • Analytical thinking, business intelligence, concept development, data-driven decision making, data integration, market research, performance metrics, qualitative research, strategic planning
