Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (B2C) will drive sales growth across assigned territories, build strong relationships with distributors, and expand the business network. The role requires a thorough understanding of Polycab’s products and market offerings, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What You Will Do

The key responsibilities of this role include driving primary and secondary sales, achieving sales targets, executing sales strategies, and recommending tactical actions to meet revenue goals. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with distributors, coordinating order planning, and identifying opportunities for growth.
