Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. They establish relationships with customers, process sales orders, and handle customer inquiries and complaints. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations, and customer issues.

What You Will Do

On a daily basis, the Inside Sales Associate will assist walk-in and phone customers, represent the company in a professional manner, process sales orders, and secure payment of invoices. They will also evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items, estimate delivery dates, and assist with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years related inside sales experience preferred
• Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly
• Strong counter ‘presence’ and the ability to deal directly with customers
• Strong customer-service attitude
• Good computer skills including MS Office programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues
• Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction helpful
• To be 18 years of age or older to apply
