Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Associate at POOLCORP, you will be an important part of the customer experience, assisting customers at the counter and over the phone, and building strong relationships with customers.

What You Will Do

Assists walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs, accurately enters sales orders, generates invoices, and processes payments or credit authorizations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to use basic computer systems and MS Office
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly
