Role Overview
The Inside Sales Manager leads a team of inside sales representatives to support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention objectives. This role serves as a critical link between the inside and outside sales teams, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient sales operations, and seamless support for outside sales representatives.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of inside sales representatives, support outside sales representatives, develop and execute sales strategies, monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and recruit and develop high-performing sales talent.

Requirements
