Role Overview
The Data Analyst serves as the primary point person and subject-matter expert for advancement systems, data coordination, reporting, analytics, and gift operations within the University Advancement division. This position gathers, compiles, analyzes, interprets, and reports data while identifying trends and patterns to support operational effectiveness, strategic planning, donor stewardship, and institutional decision-making.
What You Will Do
Develops, maintains, updates, and manages databases and reporting systems for specialized projects and operational functions. Serves as the primary administrator and point of contact for the advancement of CRM system and related platforms, ensuring accurate constituent, donor, gift, pledge, prospect, and fund data.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics
- Two years of related experience
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
