Role Overview

The Associate Director, People Operations will lead the regional People Operations team, ensuring consistent execution of People Operations services across countries within the region. The role will drive operational excellence, manage risk, improve employee experience, and support the implementation of global People initiatives within the region.

Responsibilities include leading the regional People Operations team, overseeing employee relations, ensuring employment compliance and governance, managing employee lifecycle delivery, driving operational excellence, and implementing global People Operations initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent) desirable.
• Advanced multi-country or regional People Operations leadership experience required.
• Significant HR Operations, HR Generalist or Employee Relations experience across multiple countries.
• Experience leading HR or People Operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting organisational change and operational transformation.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed and global organisations.
• Leadership and team development capability.
