Role Overview
The Inside Sales Manager leads a team of Inside Sales Engineers responsible for driving demand generation and expanding managed accounts within industrial manufacturing markets. This role supports the sale of complex, customized solutions and is accountable for pipeline health, quota attainment, and overall sales efficiency.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Engineers, provide coaching and performance management, monitor sales performance, and develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps and improve efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role
