The Senior Performance Marketing Strategist leads the development and activation of performance media strategies that drive digital commerce growth aligned with P&G Personal Healthcare brand goals. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on performance management—owning campaign approach, activation guidance, optimization, measurement design, and cross-functional coordination to ensure performance investments work in synergy with national media and broader growth plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance media (preferably consumer goods); experience driving indirect sales is a must.
- Proven track record of driving DTC brand growth with media and delivering results, including social selling platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ecommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams;
