Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the Banking sector, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role operates autonomously, leveraging HQ resources and close collaboration with marketing and channel partners.
What You Will Do
Create and manage a pipeline, prospect for new business opportunities, develop tender documents and sales proposals, identify opportunities to maximize existing relationships, and negotiate agreements with new clients and resellers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or related studies
- At least 5 years’ experience in successful software solutions sales in the segments of Banking and Wealth Management
- Strong sales capabilities with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in building long-lasting relationships with external and internal clients
- Fluency in English
