Role Overview

Supports retail customer programs by working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of sampling and ticketing. Coordinates multiple programs simultaneously across different stages of the product lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Communicate with factories, track progress, calculate freight weights, lead program circulation, lead internal and external communications, run and distribute weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) reports, prepare upload files accurately, own the sampling process, manage the full ticketing process, support Creative, Sales, Product Development, and Logistics teams.

Ideal candidate has prior experience in program coordination within a wholesale or distribution environment, strong project management skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, experience working with factories and suppliers, and experience working with internal partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a program coordinator, program specialist, or in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in wholesale or distribution settings, including retail customer programs and supplier coordination
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification a plus
