Role Overview
As CRM & Sales Operations Lead, you will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution, supporting the CCO and owning the systems, processes, and data that make the sales and marketing engine run. You will have real proximity to commercial leadership and strategic decisions.
What You Will Do
You will own the GTM tech stack, shape how we use data to drive pipeline decisions, and be the go-to person who ensures HubSpot is not just maintained but genuinely leveraged. You will also build and maintain the commercial reporting layer, support the CCO with deal reviews, and document and optimize sales processes.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in CRM management, sales operations, or revenue operations (B2B)
- Strong HubSpot expertise
- Comfortable building reports and dashboards. Analytical mindset
- Understands the full B2B sales funnel and commercial context, not only the tool
- Structured, detail-oriented, proactive communicator
- Comfortable with AI tools for data analysis and workflow automation
