Role Overview

What You Will Do

Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Conduct variance analysis, create reporting frameworks, and collaborate with business units to align financial goals with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing financial planning processes
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in finance-related software and advanced Excel skills
