Senior Expert – MarTech

Role Overview

Qiddiya Digital seeks a hands-on Senior Expert – MarTech to provide technical ownership across MarTech and digital experience platforms. The role will be responsible for technical design, implementation oversight, integration quality, release readiness, platform reliability, and operational support.

What You Will Do

Take technical ownership of MarTech platforms, define and maintain MarTech technical architecture, provide hands-on technical leadership, lead and challenge vendor engineering teams, and support AEMaaCS governance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering, technical lead, solution architecture, or senior development experience in digital platforms, MarTech, or customer-facing technology environments
• Strong hands-on technical capability and ability to challenge implementation-level decisions
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, AEMaaCS, Adobe Experience Cloud, or equivalent enterprise digital experience platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, data flows, integrations, identity, consent, customer profiles, and distributed systems
• Experience with analytics and tagging technologies, preferably Adobe Tags / Launch, WebSDK / MobileSDK, CJA, data layer design, UTM governance, and campaign tracking
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, release management, automated testing, observability, performance engineering, security, and production operations
• Experience overseeing vendors, system integrators, or outsourced engineering teams
• Strong incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem-management experience
• Strong documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making skills
