Role Overview

Lead the strategy and execution behind RACV Travel & Experiences, a growth portfolio that helps members plan and book memorable holidays. The role involves building awareness and demand, driving enquiries and sales, and inspiring loyalty and repeat purchase.

What You Will Do

Define and bring to life the positioning, messaging and portfolio strategy for RACV Travel & Experiences, leading integrated marketing campaigns, identifying high-value audiences, and developing campaign and content strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading full-funnel marketing strategies across brand, demand generation, conversion and retention
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing investment to revenue and business outcomes
• Expertise in integrated campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels
• Experience using customer data, segmentation and insights to identify and prioritise growth opportunities
• A track record of improving customer journeys, conversion performance and campaign effectiveness
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and working within complex, matrixed organisations
• Strong analytical, presentation and storytelling skills
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and experience adopting AI tools to improve marketing outcomes
