Role Overview
Join our growing remote sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping identify qualified opportunities and setting appointments for our Account Executives.
What You Will Do
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine customer needs. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or call center environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with potential customers by phone and video
- Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
